'never let your prayin' knees get lazy, and love like crazy.'

Well.. Where to begin? I guess I could start by simply saying that there is I believe 5 days until I start school. So not excited. I'm kind of freaking out. The only positive of all of this is that I am going 'back to school shopping' in Phoenix on Sunday. Although, it will only be a day trip, I am thrilled to be getting out of town.
As I've said before, my grandmother is in town. She was supposed to go back on the 9th or 10th of August. Well, she was feeling 'loopy' and my dad talked her into staying in town for a few more days. The day before she was supposed to go back, she got very ill. She was throwing up anything and everything that she had eaten in the past 2 days. My aunt and my grandmothers friend immediately called 911, and she was rushed to the hospital. The released her that same day, and later on that night she returned to the ER. The doctors did several tests and told her that she had stones in her gall bladder. It is very painful. They also said that because of the stones, her pancreas was inflamed.
She went into surgery this afternoon, and they then realized that not only did she have stones in her gall bladder, but she also had stones in some tubes that were connected somewhere in there. She will be having another surgery tomorrow to get those stones out.
I'll post more updates on my grandma when I get them.
I have been facing several of my fears while I have been staying with my grandma. I am terrified of hospitals and needles. I'm assuming that whoever is reading this blog knows that I have a cleft palate and that I have had a number of surgeries for it. Anyhoo, I am very afraid of hospitals and needles and I have had to face these fears head on while being with my grandma.
I need to get off of the computer now. So, I am sorry for cutting this blog short. Like I said, I will post another blog in a few days with updates.
