Wow. Has it been a long day or what? I'll just explain my day for you.
I woke up this morning, got ready and went to my grandmothers. Nothing out of the ordinary? No. Well my grandmothers massage therapist/energist came over to give my grandma a massage. Well, I was just sitting and she notice my aura. Weird, well she told me the colors, so I looked it up online. Seriously, she was right. So right. Spot On. It really, really freaked me out.
So, the day went on. I went to my Early Childhood Education class, it was fine. I presented part of my poster board, and took a ton of notes. As I'm driving back to my grandmothers house, I hear this weird noise. I drive slower and realize that it sounded exactly like I was getting a flat tire. Joy. I didn't. Thank god, but I still don't know what that dumb noise was.
After I left my grandmas, I was following this truck and trailer. I couldn't see what was in front of the truck, but apparently there was a huge branch. So, I try and swerve around this branch. I didn't avoid it, it got stuck underneath my car. So I have to pull over and get this branch out. Awesome, I know.
It's like 330ish now, and it's time for me to go to study group before sign language. I really like my study group, so I was actually kind of excited. I go to class, and get an 80% on a quiz that I didn't study for what so ever. After the quiz, we had an hour more of study group working on these sign tapes.
So after class, Ashley and I decided to go to Alfonso's for dinner. Delicious, like always. Bean and cheese burrito, enchilada style with a small soda for only $3.16. That's my kind of dinner. Ashley invited me to her house to play cards with her family. I love her and her family, so of course, I'd love to play some cards. And as were driving home, Ashley following me in her car, I see this huge shadow. A huge animal smacked into the side of my car. I can't tell you how freaked out I am.
I actually am pretty thankful that I wasn't hurt. I usually drive with my windows down at night. This antelope slammed right into my side of the car, it could have been worse. My mom was trying to calm me down and explain to me that if it had hit the front of my car, I could have swerved off the road and ended up in a ditch. So, I just need to be thankful that it wasn't worse.
That's all I have to say for now. I don't even have a picture of the puppies to show you, so I'll post two pictures next time I blog.
xoxo,
amoe
oh & p.s. the title of this blog is the song that I was listening to when the animal hit me.. I absolutely love Bruno Mars. <3
